Junko Kaneko worries about her husband who defiantly declares himself jobless after his company goes bankrupt. The husband, Teiichiro, is a gambling addict. He is crazy about the lottery, but he loses every time. Junko works for a taxi company as a dispatch control person and blows up at Teiichiro for not finding a job. This only devastates Teeichiro though so she creates a "domestic lottery” custom-made for her husband.
