Ron Jeremy is back one more time as Dr. Proctor, the booty-obsessed proctologist around whom this classic series revolves. Burdened with a “negative attitude,” the good doctor's life has gone from sad to sadder, and he can't figure out why. Then a visit from a spiritual being shows him how his own lousy outlook is screwing everything up both now and in the future. Then it's up to the doc to straighten things out.
